Christine M. Bondroff, Realtor, is the owner and Principal Broker of Honolulu Hawaii Realty. Before venturing out on her own, Christine had been with Century 21 All Islands for more than five years and consistently achieved the prestigious Centurion and Master Emerald and Ruby producer awards. Defining herself as a “people person” with a mission to bring fulfillment to her clients, Christine remarked, “We are helping our clients through what is, in fact, one of the most important decisions in their lives. After graduating  from the University of Montreal, Christine started her career in marketing with Air France working in Paris, Dusseldorf and New York. After a few years in the fashion business, she joined TWA to become the youngest flight service manager in the history of the company. During her frequent travels to Hawaii, Christine fell in love with the islands and settled in Hawaii in 1992. 

Christine is fluent in English, French, Vietnamese and is conversant in German. She lives in Honolulu with her son Gerard.

Language Fluency

Christine was born in Saigon, South Vietnam and received a French education growing up. Since then, she has lived in many countries including Vietnam, Canada, France, Germany and the United States. Christine is fluent in English, French, Vietnamese and is conversant in German.

Christine's First Sale

Christine became a realtor in 2002. The first property she listed and sold was a national register historic property in Manoa (original a home of King Kalakaua’ Dr. Sinclair) sold to Dr. White. She represented the Seller/Owner as the Listing Agent. Senator Kurt Caldwell district of Manoa bought it in 2003 for $1,440M now he still resides there.

Experience Matters

Christine has over 18 years of real estate experience, getting her Realtor Associate license in 2002, joining an international real estate company soon after. She earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in 2006, obtained her Broker's license in 2007 and formed her own company in 2008.

From Agent to VP and BIC

Christine was so successful at her former company, that they asked her back in 2010 to be the Vice President of Business Development and the Broker in Charge (BIC) of their Honolulu office. Christine is highly qualified and knowledgeable in helping sellers set the right price for their home, market it and find the right buyer.

A New Beginning

After a year of mentoring new agents and operating under a corporate structure, she decided to re-start Honolulu Hawaii Realty and is currently the Owner and Principal Broker. Since then, she has sold homes all over Oahu and many Waikiki condominiums. Recently she negotiated a $3.6 million dollar sale for her client.

Christine earned the nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification.
